It's simple but functional and it seems to be durable and made well. You can fold it down if you want for storage. It also has a fastener that wraps around the neck to keep you guitar from falling off of the stand. As an added bonus it comes with a 10' USB extension that I have found useful for other games as well. This is a great value and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
