Great TV Stand

We purchased to have a 40" LCD plus 2 external speakers on the side. It fits perfectly. Also, since the TV is in our bedroom, I wanned to have a stand high enough to watch the TV from bed. At 28" high, this stand is perfect.The furniture finishing is great. Easy to assemble. I little bit pricey though

I bought this media console elsewhere for a better price. Prior to the purchase, I wasn't sure how much of the unit is pre-assembled. Turns out, it was not assembled at all. You have to put every piece together yourself, which took about 2 hours for me. Needed a second person to flip the unit during assembly process. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Each piece was labeled with a sticker, which was helpful. The fit and finish were good. Things lined up correctly and it looks sharp.Beware that it may not be deep enough for some of your equipments without modification. My AV receiver would not fit unless I cut out a rectangle in the back. I just cut enough so that the wires and connectors hung out over the edge in the back. This actually simplified the hook up process since all the receiver connections were exposed and also provided better airflow.Overall I am happy with this cabinet and would recommend it.

Almost

Would've been great except for he huge ding on the front of the main FINISHED side post.... That was covered over wih a black marker, like I wasn't going to notice
