Square Trade = Brilliant Service

I purchased a reconditioned PS3 (old style) and was surprised to see that there was even a warrenty option for it, as I was replacing one that had broken, naturally I thought it was worth it.To no-ones surprise it broke with an issue that isn't repairable without replacing the most expensive component. So I informed Square Trade of this and they said to me that I would need to send it in using their free post service to be inspected.I asked them if they could return it once they declare it un-repairable as it has useful and private components like a removable HDD on it. They said it is not normal to return products once the refund has been issued, but in this case they will do something for me. Instead of the cost of sending it back and forth which would have been entirely theirs, they simply send me an affidavit to sign and return to them saying it's un-repairable.I did and 3 days later the full money including the postage I paid was refunded to me and I managed to use the HDD for a portable storage device.I lady on the phone was incredible helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, I honestly couldn't say a single bad word against the square trade service and strongly recommend it for anyone buying a product old or new.Thanks Again

DO NOT BUY YOUR WARRANTIES IN STORE ANY LONGER! Square Trade Warranty is the way to go!!! They are very inexpensive and the warranty process is very easy to set up. I was so thankful to have a warranty thru Square Trade. I ended up having to make a claim and they were so helpful and friendly on the phone. I received my full refund without any hassels and everything was processed quickly. I will never buy in store warranties and will buy my next warranty through Square Trade Warranties!
