warranty claim

I liked it a lot. It worked fine for a while then slowly the thumb sticks started to decay and eventually i couldn't sprint and i would move slowly while idoled. I only used it on shooters (which i mainly play.) You guys refunded me ain a very fast and mature and proffessional manner. I hope i win so i can help my cousin out since his dad just died on january the 14th.

Square Trade Warranty Review

I purchased Square Trade Warranty for my nephews PS3 that we bought about 14 months ago. The product broke just after the Manufactures warranty ended. We contacted Square trade by phone and they were very friendly and extremely helpful. I was pleasantly surprised on the speed of service provided. They kept me imformed by email at each step of the process that they were in with my product. I think their communication was outstanding in this case. I wish they could have repaired the system, but they couldn't so they promptly paid out the price paid and unused portion of the warranty. I didn't have to wait long for the check. The whole claim was taken care of quickly. Thank you for such great service Square Trade.

I purchased a used Sony Playstation 3 for my grandson and bought a two-year warranty with SquareTrade. After 18 months, the PS3 was stricken with the deadly YLOD (Yellow Light Of Death). I contacted SquareTrade and they responded immediately via email with instructions to pack the game console for shipping...they even included a prepaid shipping label. They notified me again once they received the package to let me know that they would look over the console and get back to me soon. In less than 24 hours they contacted me to say that the machine could not be repaired and that I would receive a full refund within 2 days. The money was in my PayPal account before midnight the same night! SquareTrade made a 15-year-old boy very happy, and his Nana, as well. I will DEFINITELY use SquareTrade for ALL my warranties from now on!
