I am having multiple protection plans from square trade. I have one each for my two TVs, one PS3, one Blue ray player and an iPhone 5. Recently i had to use their service for my PS3 which i had bought in 2011. The controller had stopped working. I filed a claim on their website. I was contacted by one of their agents the same day. After going through the problem being faced, they thought it best for me to buy a new controller and they agreed to refund me the money. I bought the same from Amazon and shared my receipt with them. By the end of next day, i had an Amazon gift card with me with my refund amount.the claim processing was so smooth and their agents were so helpful.this interaction has increased my confidence in Squaretrade. I am sure that i will be buying more protection plans for them for my future purchasesthanksRavinder

My original 360 was repaired by Microsoft 3 times. When it finally died, I bought a newer one that was used and purchased the Squaretrade Warranty. I knew beforehand of all the hardware problems with the 360's. After a month or so of use, the Disc tray became unresponsive, Only way you could open the thing was with a paperclip. I kept it though, since all my games were on this console. Then the hard drive crashed, and it wouldn't sign in to the dashboard. I called it in to Squaretade, and they sent me a shipping form, then solved the problem before it even got back to their shop. I highly recommend this company, for any kind of device or console. First rate and professional all the way.

Xbox they best game system on the mark it. Kids love it. Better then Playstation 3 and the WII. my kids play it all day ever day.
