By GODJOEY
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R14O0AD1R19Q92 UPDATED: THIS IS THE Aimon PS Elite review. Amazon mixed them together just making a note of this.Updated: More video footage of the 1.5 firmware released videos on yt. They have new firmware out now that enables circular and square deadzones. Many new features added allowing your mouse to learn your mouse surface etc all in 0.0-0.3 firmwares.This video is using 1.1 firmware.PS3 AimonPS Elite I ran it , it's pretty good I like the rubber grip on the wand and mouse it's a tactical feel makes the whole setup feel more solid. I didn't have any problems with the Aimonps or Aimonxb but this is OPTICAL and I like Optical better than laser just personal preference. Main reason I have kept with mx518 all these years I just prefer it. Having tried the g500 and rat7 I still prefer optical mx518 over all. I know some people had issues with the aimonps and rf this from reading the forums they say it constantly hops channels to keep a clear wireless channel.ProsRubber gripped bodied Mouse and wandOptical instead of laser "personal preference"Game specific firmwaresextra mice feet includedVery little if any acceleration noticed mirrors faster hand movements to screen movements.ConsCan't think of any will post back if anything changesUPDATED: THIS IS THE AIMONPS REVIEWOk I got Aimonps put it through hours of play. Guess the video shows what I saw if you want a wireless mouse that performs this is it.I was never a fan of wireless but I cannot deny it's performance the video shows my hand and screen movements. I would upload my gaming videos but this is pointless any good/great gamer can adjust to any mouse. This is not pc precision no console mouse has achieved this. But this is as close as you're going to get with these console mice. The button clicks to fire are hair trigger like the mx518.A full video is on the site TEAMGOD.net which shows its performance.I gave this a 5 star because it's wireless and ingenuity that went into this and ability to surpass the 3 year reigning champ Fragfx 1 wired mouse. If anything changes bad or good I will be updating this like I did with the Fragnstein, fragfx, and eagle eye.Has turbo functions I just dont use those. Looks like twin sensors underneath also may be the reason the movements are so smooth.ProsHair trigger buttons similar to mx518Build qualityOverall movementsGame specific firmwaresRadio Frequency scan utilitywirelessConsNone that I have found yetTHIS LIST WILL CONSTANTLY BE UPDATED! If the mice or adapters fail or improve Visit the site for updated lists.

By ==ASA==
I used to be a big PC FPS guy, but over the years, most of my friends have moved on to console gaming (you got to admit, hardware upgrades and "keeping up" with new tech can be pricey). I was always hesitant to play much FPS' on my PS3 just because I was always pretty horrible with a game controller. For me, it was just stressful...I could do okay, but I'd always be "too" focused and the gaming was just not fun. So when Black Ops came out, I decided to try the SplitFish FragFX v.2 SE. Overall, I really like the FragFX v.2SE...it works well with Black Ops and makes FPS gaming easier for me. But it's not perfect...but I'll leave a review for that product separately.So, mainly due to build quality issues with the FragFX, which I still own and enjoy using, I decided to try the Aimon PS after reading some good reviews of this product. Originally, I was thinking of getting the Bannco FragNStein, but that product is no longer made due to some legal differences between them and SplitFish. I'm not sure how all these "legal" corporate things work, but the Aimon PS is basically the Fragnstein. It looks the same...exactly the same. Tuact even supports the old Bannco products with the same firmware the Aimon PS uses.So how's the product. It's actually pretty nice...the biggest thing with these console mice is finding the right balance between in game sensitivity (found in most games OPTIONS menu) and hardware sensitivity. It took me awhile to find the proper balance with the FragFX which on the controller side only has a mouse sensitivity dial. The Aimon PS has the capability to adjust both mouse sensitivity and dead zone size. As a result, there is more fine tuning involved, but once you figure it out, it works just as well or maybe even better than the FragFX.PROS:+ Track really well (once you find the right combination of settings)+ Very well built, especially compared to the FragFX v2 SE (FragFX feels plastic-y, toy-like..Aimon PS feels like a solid computer mouse)+ Mouse buttons has nice short button press...essential for gaming.+ Mouse SETUP software feels professionally made (SplitFish setup software is pretty amateur and many people have had issues getting the drivers installed on the PCs, especially with 64 bit OS'. Tuact's software is looks nice, works well)+ Wireless is nice to have..and works well as long as you're not in a "noisy" environment (there is a con associated with this)CONS:+ Multiple FIRMWARE versions for different games. I'm not sure if it's just the controller sensitivity profiles that are different for each firmware or if something is fundamentally different, but if you like to play multiple games often, then this can be a pain. Basically if you wanted to play BlackOps and you have the Brothers In Arms firmware loaded, you'll have to connect the USB dongle to a PC, reflash it with the right firmware, reset your controller settings, and then play. If you want to then go back to BlackOps, you gotta do it all over again. For me it's not a big deal, since I'm currently only playing BlackOps...but this can get annoying in the future.+ WIRELESS is not great in a noisy environment. Your controller may do random things (such as random button presses be registered, jumpy mouse tracking, etc.). Tuact includes the ability to scan the different radio frequencies available and choose the best channel for the controller...and that absolutely helps. It also helps to get a USB extension cable and put the dongle near you...kinda defeats the purpose of wireless, but you don't wanna lose a kill...or get killed cuz of a bad connection.+ Sensitivity adjustments are not ON THE FLY. The best thing about the FragFX controllers is that there is a sensitivity dial on the controller. So if you want to make quick sensitivity adjustments, you can. With the Aimon PS, you need to press a "Function" button while pressing some other buttons. It's not very fast...plus there is no "analog" dial so it's hard to tell what settings you are at...and it's hard to know where you were if you want to go back and forth to that specific setting.OVERALL, I recommend this product. FUNCTIONALLY, I think both this product and the FragFX work pretty well. I don't think you'll ever be able to get to the level of precision a PC offers, but if you hate DualShock FPS gaming, these controllers are really the best option. The wired FragFX with the sensitivity dial maybe edges it as the better FUNCTIONAL controller. But then...when you want to look at the QUALITY factor, the AimonPS blows away the FragFX. I had my first FragFX v2 SE die on me after 2 weeks of moderate gaming. Seriously, that thing just feels cheap...I'm not exaggerating. It works really well for me and I like using it, but now I'm always scared that it's going to die on me at anytime. There is nothing like that to the Aimon PS. It's well built and seems like it'll last (I've only had a it a few weeks now).Go For IT

By B. Branum
I got the Elite as soon as it came out so I've been using it for a few months. I've only used it to play MW3. It's the closest thing I've ever used to being like a mouse on the PC and I've tried most of the products out there through the years. There are custom profiles you can load to the Elite for each game. Most of the popular games are supported, but you can adjust the settings so that it will work for any game. You can dial in the deadzone, mouse speed, button response rate, and rapid fire rate with the setup utility to what works best for you. I just use the COD8 profile, but I realize some people will want to use this feature. Also, Tuact is always improving and releasing new firmware and profiles so that the product just gets better and better.
