Excellent Universal Remote

Let me start this review by saying that most Monster Cable products are horrifically overpriced. However, at $25 this universal remote seems like a bargain. It can control 6 devices and is a learning remote. If there is no code for your device in the included booklet, then you can manually map the buttons if you have the original remote you are replacing. While, this is tedious, its better than not having the functionality at all, so I'll take it. The white color and the orange backlight looks pretty good and the controller is very comfortable to use because of the horizontal layout. I use this to control my TCL 40" TV, a Sony Home Theater System, my cable box, and xbox 360.For around $25, this is a great buy if you need a universal remote.

It's a monster straight out the box it controlled my lcd tv the best universal remote i ever had easy to set and program for my other devices,it controls my 42'' VIZIO,SONY UPSCALE DVD PLAYER,VIZIO 205 SOUND BAR,many codes to help you out if there is no code you can match key for key on your other remote,i think is worth $32 i like it so much i bought a second one i recommend checking it out.

Looks OK - did not use

I started programing it and realized I had too many devices to control, so bought another unit - nothing wrong with this, just not enough capacity for my app(my fault)
