Great Stereo for a Great Price!

I received this VM Audio Stereo as a free gift and I LOVE it! I am most pleased with the high quality, clear sound from the speakers. I Use the sound system to play my iPod around the house and we are very excited to use them with our TV for surround sound. Before I start talking about the Zune I have to say that I've had several mp3 players in the past, from flash-based to HD-based. My newest one is this 8GB Zune. I got my Zune about a week ago, after getting rid of my 3G 8GB Nano, that I was not happy with. So this is why I'm more satisfied with the Zune vs. the Nano...Hardware-Shape is easier to hold and use than WS Nano-LCD is glass, more durable and sharper than plastic on Nano-Zune Touch Pad is more responsive and precise vs. click wheel-Wireless sharing/syncing option-Built-in FM Tuner-Better sound quality even without EQ...I just hated how bad the Nano sounds even with Shure headphonesSoftware-Very simple and easy-Asthetically better than iTunesUser Interface-No Coverflow but interface is more organized and intuitive-Customizable background, not an option on Nano-Easier to readI have not tested the battery life but it's rated close to the Nano so I'll live with whatever it really is. One thing I haven't checked on but someone else wrote about was the Zune not being a UMS Device when plugged in. Hopefully that's something Microsoft can/will change so that you can store other files on it. Overall, I'm must more satisfied with this player than the Nano.

Zune- bye, bye Zen and Windows Media too

I have a couple of Zen MP3 players that have worked well for me for a couple of years now, but both have begun to have problems and I decided to take a chance on the new V2 Zune. It was a good decision. This is a great product. All that comes in the box is the Zune, a sync cord, earphones, and brief documentation. You need to go online and download the Zune software to a PC and then hook up the player before you can get it to do anything. This doesn't take too long and the Zune will provide you with some sample content to try out as part of this process. The Zune sounds great, with plenty of volume and a decent set of earphones. The click wheel is intuitive and masterable in just a few minutes use.As nice as the Zune is, a pleasant surprise is the Zune software. This is really more than just a tool to sync your tunes with your Zune. It is an attractive, intuitive, easy to use full fledged media player as well. It can easily replace Windows Media Player and is better looking than any other offering out there- Apple included.

This is a great device

This is my first mp3 player. I'd always thought I might like a small device that could be used while exercising, but I've hesitated to buy one because I wasn't sure how much I'd actually use it. The Zune feature that pushed me over the edge is the FM radio, which made the device too attractive not to try out. I'm extremely happy that I made the plunge and bought the Zune. I now take it everywhere and listen to music or the radio at work, on the bus, at the gym, everywhere. It has easily surpassed my bar of usefulness and utility. I'm not a big gadget person and I don't like the time and energy it takes to figure out how to use a new program or game, but the Zune user experience has been everything that I could have hoped for. The controls are simple and a pleasure to use. Right out of the box I was able to get it figured out and working. This is a great device.

I had wanted a projector for a while before I finally bought this one. I am happy with it for the most part. I didn't really expect much more from it at this price. The picture is not anything mind-blowing but it is definitely watchable, even with some light in the room. It seemed a little sketchy because there were a lot of typos in the instructions and it is from a company I had never heard of and could not find any info on. It works well for me, I just hung a blanket up and project onto that. It is fun to watch movies and play video games on. The bulb supposedly only last 1000 hours but I read somewhere that the bulb is available at most hardware stores and cost under 20 bucks. You can hear it running but it isn't so loud that it distracts you. The remote takes AAA batteries and none are inculded, so that was kind of lame. But overall, I think that this projector is well worth the 200 or so bucks I spent on it. I could have bought a small tv with good quality, but this is much more fun.

Very impressed with this thing, overall nice picture, I watched "I am legend", and I measured the diagonal at 5 feet and some inches. you can adjust the contrast to your liking and the bulb is brighter than most lower end projectors. I was in a hurry to get a real DLP projector, but I am happy with this and will use it for some time to come.

Risky Purchase

I purchased this item twice through two different vendors. The first time the lens housing was cracked and there was a giant blur instead of a picture. The second attempt after seeing one $200 dollar film, it never worked again, but only has an illuminated black square. When the picture was up, it was of reasonable quality for the price and product description. However the reliability and quality of the item is very poor--you're really taking a risk with this item. (also the fan emits a fairly strong chemical odor)

Good gaming monitor

Pros: Extremely slim. Its an LED monitor. Low input lag, highly responsive. Stunning picture. Text is legible. Okay speakers. No back light bleeding. Shipping was fast and it came double boxed.Cons: Only came with VGA cables. Colors are a little bit off. A little of ghosting/reverse ghosting. Box was scratched up.I bought this to replace my old tube TV, I wanted something that was full HD with low input lag. I did some research and I found this one. Its really good, only bought it cuz it was on sale. Honestly, you can find a monitor with similar specs but for cheap. Like the Asus VH238H and VS248H are cheaper alternatives. I would recommend the BenQ RL2450HT as it has better features for a similar price but I digress. Overall I'm happy with this purchase, the monitor is top notch. BF3 looks absolutely stunning. I think this monitor has helped me play better because I can see more details and differentiate between enemies and shadows. At 1080p the text is highly legible, graphics looks so realistic, when you pair that with surround sound headphones its an incredible experience.

Excellent Gaming Monitor for Tekken

When you first get this monitor it's not ready for HDMI. You have to hook it up with the other video connections first then go in the menu and select HDMI. After that you can select Game Mode. There is a huge difference between my Samsung LN46B750U1FXZA HDTV in game mode with pc mode turned on and between this BenQ GL2450HM Monitor in game mode when it comes to low input lag. I'm able to do the more complicated juggles in the game with the advanced characters and when you push a botton something actually happens. For instants I was struggling to do Steve Foxes' Sample 6 juggle that has 5 cancels in it because of the high input lag in my Samsung HDTV was making the timing hard,not a problem with this Monitor. Working with Bryan Furys' taunt cancel into juggles is alot easier also. Im able to block better,space better,and general just able to play the game better, all with the BenQ MLG Monitor. If your switching from a screen with medium to high input lag you'll have to adjust because you dont have to compensate anymore and you'll be hitting the buttons to early in relation to what you see on the monitor. You have to get use to hitting them when your supposed to instead of early. I was unsure if the monitor came with audio jacks but it does,1 black and 1 green. It has built in speakers if you need them. The Menu Navigation isn't confusion. The Buttons are clearly marked. No Dead Pixels(2day shipping). No light bleed. No problems. You can't go wrong with this monitor! Lets go Tekken Tag Tournament 2!

Great gaming monitor

This review is for gamers seeking a amazing monitor to play on. I play halo, call of duty, gears of war. Comparing benQ to a CRT monitor im positive that response time, input lag there is none. It is the official gaming monitor for mig for a reason. I not much for typing but if your that person(like me) who's read multiple reviews can't decide. Great picture, colors, brightness, sound is good for monitor this size. No input lag, solid response time, my gameplay is on point. For the price you pay your not going to find a monitor much better than this. Buy it, ship it, you won't regret it.
